Day 57

Today was cold but very sunny and we just couldn't waste it so Matt and I headed to downtown Stuttgart with our friend Cullen who just moved back to the area. He is also a Marine on reserve orders but he’ll only be here until August this time. We perused the outdoor flea market near the
Markthalle and we all found some cool German Steins to take home.
Cullen and Matt ate a late lunch at this fancy looking German restaurant called
Amadeus while I enjoyed some hot green tea.

After dropping Cullen off on
Patch Barrracks, it was just about 2000 when we arrived back at our house and I was exhausted. Matt had to find a suitcase and pack for his trip to North Carolina for a week of training, and I had to do some laundry so he had enough uniforms...again with that last minute. I think it was after 0130 before we actually got to bed, thankfully we didn't have to get up until 0730 in the morning.
