Today was my first day at this new job all alone. I didn’t really get much training but I have a few SOP books to follow so hopefully I can get through the week without screwing anything up. After my first day, which went rather smoothly, I headed to the gym and gave myself a full hour of cardio switching between the bike, treadmill, and elliptical machines. For dinner I made brown rice, some veggies, and steak and I put it all together in a bowl and ate it with chop sticks. I love the simple things in life!
