I finally went "live" with my new Blog today and started posting my "Carpe Diem Moments" online for everyone to read and participate.
Since I never know how long the mail is going to take to get to the U.S. from here, I went ahead and put together small care packages for my parents and grandparents for Valentine's Day. I also spent a few hours writing letters and postcards to friends, and thank you notes to people for Christmas gifts.
I made it to the post office just in time and then went to the Commissary to buy some fresh salad for dinner tonight.
